Time to bathe in the stockness…

It has been a long and frustrating few weeks for me with Melbourne weather at its best (read freezing) making it too cold to work in the garage and no real progress on the bodywork.

Now that the majority of the floor and interior panels are nice and smooth I am turning my attention to the roll cage and nasty bits left by the seam welding.

Tonight I started to hand sand the interior.

A while ago the interior was stripped of the sound deadening material and given a coat of etch primer and then hi-fill primer.

To apply a coat of paint to the interior I need to sand just enough of the hi-fill primer to create a smooth surface.

400 grit dry sandpaper and lots of elbow grease…

After 2 solid hours of sanding I have finished…
